1. General Questions

SocialFlush is a digital-first platform offering ready-to-download Digital Greeting Cards and Digital Daily Wishes sized for WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms. Our designs are curated for quick sharing — no design skills required

2 Visual Sizes, Formats, and Styles

We deliver JPG and PNG by default (ready-to-share). Selected premium items may include higher-resolution PNG variants. Filenames and alt text are embedded to describe each card for accessibility.

Social-first sizes include 1080×1080 (Instagram/WhatsApp feed), 1080×1920 (stories), and optimized mobile sizes. Each card page notes available sizes before download.

Yes, downloaded JPG/PNG files can be edited in any image editor or mobile app. If you need editable source files, check the product page for “Includes PSD/AI” availability or contact support for custom requests.

Yes — all cards are exported at high resolution for crisp display on modern mobile screens. We optimize to balance quality and fast downloads.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

Some free items can be downloaded without an account, but we recommend creating an account to access free packs, manage downloads, and subscribe to paid plans. Create or sign in at Login or Sign Up

SocialFlush offers three plans — Free, Starter, and Pro. See (Plans & Pricing) Free gives limited daily wishes, Starter unlocks more downloads, and Pro provides full access with premium collections and commercial rights.

Manage subscriptions from your Account → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rata), downgrades apply next billing cycle. Cancellations stop auto-renewal; you retain access until the period ends.

4. Billing & Refunds

We accept major credit/debit cards and common payment gateways enabled on the site. Specific methods appear during checkout.

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are limited. If a file is defective or duplicate, contact support within 7 days and we’ll assist or offer a replacement. For subscription disputes, we evaluate case-by-case per our Refund Policy.

Yes — invoices are emailed after each payment. You can also download past invoices from Account → Billing.

5. Licensing & Usage

Yes. All free and purchased cards include a personal-use license allowing you to share via messaging apps, social media, and email.

Commercial use depends on the plan and specific card license. Pro/Business plans include commercial allowances for social media marketing and client greetings — always check the license note on each product page or the Pricing page. Contact support for enterprise licensing.

Designer credits must remain if specified in the license. For custom licensing or white-label options, contact our team.
